    If you have been unfairly dismissed or disadvantaged at work, ERNZ can help you to resolve your problems in the workplace by addressing the issues directly with your employer or through mediation or the Employment Relations Authority.

    Our advocates and consultants have combined backgrounds in intervention, counselling, law and employment law, negotiation, representation, business, and extensive experience in working with and for our communities. We aim to provide high quality, cost effective advice and solutions to all of our clients.
